Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lazy Day Detailing. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and promotional structure, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an order has been placed.

Giveaway Entries

From time to time, orders may include automatic entries into giveaways or promotions. Because of this incentive structure, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

Detailing Products & Accessories

All detailing products, apparel, and accessories—including but not limited to:

  • Soaps, sprays, and dressings

  • Air fresheners

  • T-shirts, hoodies, hats, or other branded merchandise

are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. While we cannot issue refunds, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.
